Order Number vs. Tracking Number
These are two different codes. Here's how to tell them apart:

Assigned when you complete your purchase.
Example: #1023
Found in your order confirmation email.
β Cannot be used to track your package.
π Tracking Number
Assigned when your order is shipped.
Example: LP0012345678CN
Found in your shipping confirmation email.
β Use this code to track your package.
Can't Find Your Tracking Number?
1. Check your email inbox, including spam and promotions folders.
2. Look for the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
3. Remember that order processing usually takes 48β72 business hours. Your tracking number won't be available immediately after purchase.
4. If you still can't find your tracking number, contact our support team through the Contact page and include your order number.
Estimated delivery times are 7β21 business days, usually 8β12 business days for shipments within Europe.
